Indian top order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara hit an outstanding century against Sri Lanka in the ongoing second Test match in Nagpur. It is Pujara’s 14th century in his Test career.
Mr Consistency played an excellent innings when India is in little bit trouble in the first innings. Pujara scored his century in most discipline and defensive mode. He hit 11 beautiful boundaries in his 246 balls. He is the key batsman for outside India. Pujara is the India’s most consistent batman in Test cricket.
Without any doubt, he will perform well in upcoming Test series against South Africa, England, Australia and New Zealand in the next year (2018).
Currently, India is going on very strongly in the first innings of the first Test match against Sri Lanka in Nagpur. India is present at 277/2 . The No 3 batsman Cheteshwar Pujara is playing at 107*, Indian captain Virat Kohli is playing at 33*.
