  • Finally, at the end of 46th over Men in Blue chased the target with 6 wickets remaining. Dinesh Karthik scored 64* while MS Dhoni made 18*. This time Dinesh Karthik scored the winning run with his bat.
  • The Man of the Match was adjudged to Bhuvneshwar Kumar for his excellent bowling performance of 3/45.
  • The Team India won the match by 6 wickets and level the 3 match ODI series with 1-1. The last match will be played on October 29 in Kanpur.
